Last night I was fortunate enough to get into the space for a few hours to clear out some old junk and to begin preparing for demolition and the subsequent construction of the new space.
There’s a ton of work to do, but when it’s all said and done, you can expect the parkour and ninja warrior areas to look a little something like the image to the right.
For now, check out the pictures below to see the beginnings of the space and keep checking back to see the progress as walls come down and obstacles go up!
Every wall you see in the picture above will be gone by the time we’re done. The stage too, unfortunately. That was fun to play on.
This is just a shot facing the other direction. The walls to the left and behind the camera are all coming out.
Once we get rid of all the walls and carpet to the left of those columns, we’re gonna have a nice line class room with great natural light!
Same thing here. Walls come out, floor gets sanded and varnished, and we’ll have a beautiful line class space. All we need are some mirrors!
Unfortunately, all those toys will be gone, but so will all the walls you see in this picture. On the other side is the space with the stage.
Can’t wait to get this space up and running for you guys. The lease should be signed next week if all goes well and demolition will begin May 1!
