For those in RI and MA who haven’t liked us on Facebook yet to get the most up-to-date information, AMP Academy is making some serious progress!
At this point in construction, 21 awesome people have volunteered over 500 hours of their time! And for that, this post can’t continue without an enormous thanks to my amazing friends who’ve helped with this dream every step of the way. Without you, this wouldn’t be possible.

Time to clean up after making a mess.
Looks much better after some cleaning.
Ahh, finally finished up the framing, getting the walls nice and high for additional privacy.
Got some fabrication drawings for the obstacles. These things are professionally designed!
The first box is in place! Look at the pile of plywood way in the back. It doesn’t look like that anymore.
The line class room deserves much nicer flooring than this. Let’s see what we can do.
Now that looks MUCH better!
The padded flooring came in and more obstacles were put in place!
Nothing lagged in place yet. Still had some time to make final layout design decisions.
A few more pieces up and prepared to be finalized.
Almost everything lagged in place and closed up! Now it’s starting to really looks like a parkour gym!
Popping up the drywall really makes this room look almost ready for classes.
The pipes came in and the pipes went up. The “Pipe Dream” obstacle is mostly done!
The salmon ladder went up and there’s a puppy visitor. See if you can find him.
Take a look at the pile of plywood now! Nearly a third of what it was. We’re getting closer and closer every day!
